At ED Beauty, I strive to provide you with exceptional services and create a positive experience.

Late Arrival Policy
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered as a no call/no show and you will need to reschedule.
Appointment Scheduling
If you reach out to me and I have availability to accommodate you, I will do my best to fit you in. However, if you miss your appointment without prior notice, I will not be obligated to provide the scheduled services booked.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least a 24 hour notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in your appointment being marked as a no call/no show.
No Call/No Show Policy
A no call/no show to your appointment will incur a fee. This fee will be invoiced and charged immediately to you. Rescheduling will not be possible until this fee is settled. I value your time and ask for mutual respect in managing appointments. Emergencies and medical issues are exceptions. I appreciate your understanding.
Repeat No Show Policy
After one instance of a no call/no show appointment, I will kindly request that you prepay for any future services you wish to book.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance otherwise they will be considered void.
For all online bookings, a deposit equivalent of half the services booked is required. In the case of a no show this deposit will be none refundable.
Guest Policy
To ensure a serene and professional environment, I kindly request that no children friends or third parties arrive without prior permission given.
Policy Enforcement
ED Beauty will enforce the right to refuse or discontinue services immediately if any of these policies are violated. The same applies if inappropriate and abusive behaviour is displayed. I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and harmonious atmosphere.
